There was a lot to deal with … More on each project with the bids, phone calls, contractors, etc. The one big thing that a person always dreads is dealing with a bank or finance company. Well, that's not the case anymore! I am beyond impressed with Eric. He is the most professional, informative, courteous, delightful person to talk to. He made my job 10 times easier because he was always available to answer ALL my questions. If he didn't know he would find out and call me back within 2 hours. And, I am embarrassed to admit this, but I was overwhelmed and not feeling too pleasant a couple of times when he would call with paperwork or something. Needless to say by the time we hung up I was a happy person. Now that says a whole lot about an employee.
